Stuart MacLeod is a Scottish BAFTA nominated magician who Time Out calls “massively impressive, wickedly entertaining and deliciously devious.” Along with hit TV shows on The BBC, Channel 4, Hulu, National Geographic and The CW, he’s racked up over 40 million views on YouTube while delighting and offending audiences worldwide. Regularly playing to sell-out crowds and receiving 5-star reviews, he’s written and presented two national tours and five live shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Just for Laughs, Montreal.
As one-half of the critically acclaimed UK duo Barry and Stuart, the double act have a devoted fan following and are known for their comically dark performing style and unique brand of twisted magic. Their multi award-winning mix of humor and subversive performances earned them the title of ‘Best Comedy Illusionist’ at the World Magic Awards and were voted series winners of ITV’s prime-time show “The Next Great Magician.”
Originally from a small fishing village in Scotland, Stuart now resides in Los Angeles but wears his kilt whenever he gets the chance.
